The U.S. Department of Education is inviting students and parents to participate in beta testing for the 2027–28 FAFSA® form.
Students selected to participate can complete their official 2027–28 FAFSA early while helping Federal Student Aid prepare for the form’s broader public launch by October 1.
Participating students can:
- Complete their official 2027–28 FAFSA early
- Get a head start on the financial aid process
- Help improve the FAFSA experience for other students and families
Students and parents can request access through September at StudentAid.gov/joinBeta.
